Polamco TUM-35 Information

I found a used Polamco TUM-35 lathe on Craigslist for sale. The add didn't say much except for 14x40, runs good, 3-phase.... I sent an e-mail for more information and hopefully i'll be going to look at it but I was hoping I could get some info on it before I went and looked. I searched on the net and couldn't really find any specs on the machine. I'd like to know the spindle bore, speeds, feeds, just some general info on it like if it came with a dual voltage motor 220/440 3-phase, motor hp. Anything specific to this lathe I should look for? If it turns out to be a good deal i'll drag it to my shop and power it off a converter. Oh, they're asking $1400 for it. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide!
